We offer person-centered treatment based on the individuals needs in conjunction with their strengths and preferences. Clients share in the decision-making process and are actively involved in setting goals and developing strategies for change. We assist men, women, children, families, and couples with a range of clinical concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, relationship problems, and PTSD. Multiple modalities in psychotherapy and evidence-based practices are utilized to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. We also offer spiritual leadership coaching that involves the application of spiritual and personal values and principles to assist and equip the individual in their journey to wholeness and meaningful life.

Vanessa is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) , Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) and Substance Abuse Professional (DOT/SAP) who use a variety of evidence-based techniques to help improve the lives of those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, poor self esteem, mood disorders and addiction. A client-centered and family system approach is used to assist individuals and families to achieve goals and bring about positive changes in behavior, thoughts, and actions of those suffering from mental illness and substance use disorders.
